I met Julian Casablancas today and he was talking to Beardo about how he wasn’t sure of the gender of another fan and he felt bad because he thought he misgendered the person. Then he said hi to me, and apologised because he needed to take a bite of his protein bar. He told me I could just hang around and watch him eat and laughed. Once he was done he hugged me really tight and then took a picture with me and asked me my name. Such a sweet, kind guy
